Delivered Today
Petunia Bolero Bedding Plants (12 Mega) arrived today, and I will plant them in one of the brown troughs or pots on Saturday; along with 5 more Strawberry Marshmello runners and 3 bags of 50L peatless compost to try.
Saturday and Sunday will be very busy – sowing, parsnips, carrots and onions in the green veg bags, salad stuff – Lettuces, radishes, tomatoes, wild rocket outdoors in the black divided bag.
Indoors, I will start off Courgette, Cucumber, Cauliflower and Cabbage April in the propagator, then into the bigger 9cm pots, and then 1 litre pots.
I will also sow some more Marigolds in various containers and Busy Lizzies and perhaps some Nasturtiums too. (if I have enough compost – I need to save some for the Geranium Ivy trailing plants and for the strawberries to go into the bags, that arrived on Saturday. 🙂
I also hope to have enough compost to sow some herb seeds which can go into the herb bag on the fence hook.
I will probably need some more compost for the Courgette, Cucumber, Cauliflower and Cabbage April, as well as the other veg/flowers to be sorted out in May. I would also like to do a resowing of carrots and spring onions and lettuces
At some point, I will need to empty out some of the containers, so that I can fill them up again 🙂 As Sweet Potato Erato Orange Plants will be arriving in May, (perhaps they can go in another spud bag or 2 maybe?)
