I gave the garden a watering at 6pm this evening following a lovely warm and sunny day.

It was so nice that we both ate our lunch outside, John sitting on the bags of compost that I haven’t used yet and me on the wooden stool.

Looking at the plants today, there was evidence of further seedling growth, certainly the carrots, beetroot, red onion, spinach and possibly the spring onion.

There are no signs of germination for the courgettes or parsnips as yet, but the potatoes have exploded in growth 🙂

The lawn is beginning to be seen, at the top end it looks like at least 2 inches in patches, and similar growth at the bottom end, the lawn just needs to join in the middle!
