Rocket Gardens provided me with some more Swede Marian and Spring Cabbages x 10 plants each (as the others didn’t make it due to the hosepipe ban), which I potted into black pots and put them on the Right hand side (cabbages) of the garden and the swedes by the greenhouse.

I have also just potterd up some spring bulbs in a new trough container. I have some feed to fertilise them in spring. I cannot wait to see how they grow especially as it was so easy to pop them into the soil covered trough then cover them up with more soil and watering them in.

If it is successful, I might do this again as I have 2 black troughs waiting to be used. I have some soil left so I might get around to finally planting the Iris Reticulata bulbs that I have had for at least 1 year!

All that I am waiting for now is another set of 5 mixed Hostas to arrive within the next 28 days 🙂
