Sunny Sunday
It was a glorious day!
The sun shone, blue skies with little puffs of cloud floating by.
I actually got into the garden and sowed some seeds (see seed plan) and seed potatoes!
It felt great to get something finally done and I look forward to filling up the salad trug with all manner of goodies.
The weeds need tamping down in many areas of the garden, but I will enjoy getting rid of them
Surprises left from last season are 1 solitary leek and a couple of parsnips which can go into soup.
Other surprises was the geraniums have overwintered well, so I don’t think I will need to buy some more this season, the Jasmine is growing well, as is the Rhododendron, all out in flower.
The strawberry plants are also beginning to flower too.
I will contact Brenda to see if she has any spare Tom plants going, maybe about 3 of them.
