Sweet Pea Sowing
Today it is warm with sunny spells, so I got into the garden to sow some seeds and plant some flowers.
Firstly, I set up the wigwam and then sowed some sweet peas, (Lathyrus Odoratus), from the top:
Royal Family White, then Royal Family Red, followed by Royal Family Blue, then white, red and blue again.
In the middle I planted some (Hestia) Dwarf Beans in to see if they would germinate, if they don’t then it doesn’t matter.
Then I finally got around to planting the Delphiniums and Coreopsis in the dog trough.
I harvested all the radishes and sowed some Lettuce Saladin where the radishes had grown.
Two spaces over I sowed some Wild Rocket (Eruca Sativa).
Seeds left to be sown:
Cosmos Sensation, Cauliflower All Year Round and Cabbage Durham Early and Carrots Autumn King and French Breakfast Radishes.
I thinned out the carrots and did a bit of weeding here and there.
