Decided to chit my seed potatoes, (Sharps Express First Earlies) so into the egg box they went!

Sharpes Express are a heritage potato which became popular in 1901.
They are long oval shaped tubers with white skins and a pale lemon coloured flesh.

Information suggests to plant out mid-March and harvest in 16 weeks.
